Ryan is the Co-CEO of Summit. Prior to co-founding Summit, he was a principal at Larus Capital Partners.  He has worked for his family's business, headed by his father-in-law, which has invested over $1.5 billion in real estate and held ownership interests in over 2.5 million square feet of property in California, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Maryland, and Michigan.  He has been a licensed California contractor since 2008 and in prior years has worked as a developer, project manager, and builder of custom homes.  He played professional baseball at the Class AA level for the Baltimore Orioles and Sand Diego Padres.  He is a member of the board of the Children's Burn Foundation and serves as President of the West Los Angeles Little League.  Ryan obtained his BA in History from UCLA. He is the brother-in-law of Joe Rosen, President of Summit.
